We use secure passwords and file sharing services, encrypted file storage and we maintain a secure office environment. Our technology vendors provide security and access control over personal information, and they have policies about the transmission of data.
Our employees are trained about their responsibilities to your personal information. We require third parties that assist in providing our services to you to protect the personal information they receive from us. When a client account is closed, Family Legacy will continue to keep your information confidential in accordance with the principles stated in this Privacy Policy Statement.
A copy of this Privacy Policy Statement will be delivered to all clients in writing as a supplement to all future Wrap Fee Brochures. In this way, Family Legacy provides a copy of our Privacy Policy Statement to all current and existing clients at least annually. Any time a change is made to the Privacy Policy, this Statement will be updated, and changes will be communicated to you prior to any disclosure of information.
