Family Legacy provides personalized services that are based on your financial situation and your individual needs.
This means that we will ask you for information about yourself and your family, and for financial statements and documentation. We have developed business practices designed to protect us- and you- from unauthorized access to your personal information. As a registered investment advisor, Family Legacy gathers and develops personal information regarding our clients. Here’s why we do this:

• Statements of account and other records concerning your financial conditions and assets;

• Information about financial products and services transactions with Family Legacy; and
• Other financial information that Family Legacy and you agree is important in formulating your financial plan To safeguard your personal information from unauthorized access we maintain physical, procedural and electronic security measures.
We use secure passwords and file sharing services, encrypted file storage and we maintain a secure office environment. Our technology vendors provide security and access control over personal information, and they have policies about the transmission of data.
Our employees are trained about their responsibilities to your personal information. We require third parties that assist in providing our services to you to protect the personal information they receive from us. Permitted disclosures include, for instance, providing information to unrelated third parties who need to know such Information in order to assist us with providing services to you. Unrelated third parties may include Schwab and its broker/dealer affiliate, mutual fund companies, and insurance companies. When a client account is closed, Family Legacy will continue to keep your information confidential in accordance with the principles stated in this Privacy Policy Statement.
A copy of this Privacy Policy Statement will be delivered to all clients in writing as a supplement to all future Wrap Fee Brochures. In this way, Family Legacy provides a copy of our Privacy Policy Statement to all current and existing clients at least annually. Any time a change is made to the Privacy Policy, this Statement will be updated, and changes will be communicated to you prior to any disclosure of information.
